Experience

From intranet sites to sales flyers, I’ve published an assortment of sales materials and end user documentation within Fortune 500 companies.  From reducing the number of customer calls for the Corporate Human Resources Employee Benefits department at Sherwin-Williams to reducing the number of clicks in the sitet structure of an over 10,000 part Nuclear Medicine system  for Field Service Engineers at Philips, my ultimate goal has been to provide an optimal experience for the user.  I develop information strategies from an intuitive approach.

In addition to my full-time engagements, I provide online marketing consultation to local organizations seeking to improve their brand image and increase their rankings on Google, Bing and Yahoo!.  In addition to marketing services, I design and develop websites using my expertise in user experience design.

Master's Project

As graduate student in the Kent State University Information Architecture & Knowledge Management program, I’m concentrating in User Experience Design.  My coursework has included various topics – from information design to database management systems, usability to web programming.  I've provided a summary of the process and the steps I’ve taken in designing and developing this online portfolio as well as building a brand image for myself.
