About Gabrielle

Gabrielle Bhagwat-Zwilling has been managing customer-focused technology-based projects and has been creating superior end user documentation for organizations throughout the past 7 years.

My experience has run the gamut from marketing agencies to Fortune 500 companies and I’ve been responsible for publications both online and in print.   I have a solid track record leading high-priority projects and am particularly adept at providing quality documentation without ever missing a deadline.  While I am interested in all facets of technical communications, information architecture and user experience design are my passions.

Within the past year, I’ve been working on my own start-up company, GabComm.com, while finishing up my masters degree in Information Architecture & Knowledge Management and continuing to work full-time.   I’ve been providing online marketing consultation and web design & development services to clients.  My goal is to one day lead my own UXD consulting business and contribute to optimal user experiences for local organizations.
